What are the opening dates and times for Lapland Liverpool?
All of available dates and session times can be found by clicking here! Please note, all sessions are limited in capacity and many have already sold out.
How long does the Lapland Liverpool experience last?
Expect your visit to take approximately 3 hours. This allows ample time to enjoy all the activities and meet Santa himself!
What should we wear?
Dress warmly! Lapland Liverpool has both indoor and outdoor activities. Layers, cosy hats, gloves, are a great choice.
Is there food and drink available at Lapland Liverpool?
Absolutely! We have festive food outlets serving delicious snacks, warming drinks, and full meals to keep you fueled throughout your adventure.
What age is Lapland Liverpool suitable for?
Lapland Liverpool is designed to bring magic to children of all ages, especially those young enough to believe! Even adults can't help but get caught up in the Christmas spirit.
Is Lapland Liverpool accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs?
Absolutely, Lapland Liverpool is accessible for all, however please note, due to limited space we do not permit pushchairs in some parts of the experience. We ask that you use a car seat as prams do not fit in the activity areas. Don't worry though, we have a sheltered "Sleigh Park" where our elves will be more than happy to park your pushchairs up for you leaving you free to enjoy the experience. Wheelchair access is available in all indoor and outdoor attractions.
What about parking?
Located directly on the beautiful Otterspool Promenade, where free on street parking is available for your convenience. Using public transport? No problem, we're located just minutes away from Aigburth Train Station.
Can I take photos inside Lapland Liverpool?
Yes, you're welcome to capture those magical moments! We'd love for you to tag us with #LaplandLiverpool
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
We need at least 7 days notice to amend any bookings, all changes are subject to availability and managers discretion. All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. This includes any changes to COVID-19 restrictions. Deposits paid via Payment Plans are non-refundable.
Please note, bookings made using payment plans can’t be changed until full payment is made.

Top Tips for Your Visit:
You MUST arrive on time to your Christmas Experience booking. We cannot postpone the experience for any latecomers. Missed activities cannot be accessed due to arriving late. There is no need to arrive any earlier than your start time. If you do arrive earlier please feel free to head to our Three Bears Café to keep warm!
