Please ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions. They contain important information about your participation in the experience.
We understand that plans can change, so you're welcome to adjust the date or time of your visit online through your account, subject to availability*. However please note that all bookings are non-refundable. We're unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a date or session due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (such as severe weather, other Acts of God, or Force Majeure as defined below), we'll do our best to reschedule your booking to another available date. If rescheduling isn't possible, we'll happily provide a credit towards a booking for the following years event.
Force Majeure: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Force Majeure" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: royal demise, national mourning, war, pandemic, fire, strikes, weather events, lockouts, orders of a licensing or public authority, or any other similar cause.
We encourage you to capture the magical memories of your visit with photos throughout the experience, with the exception of the Father Christmas visit. Professional souvenir photos will be available for purchase after your experience to capture the moment in the best possible way.
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults are not permitted to enter the event without a child and all bookings MUST include a child ticket.
Customers who wish to have the option to change their booking date or time must purchase the Flexible Booking Fee at checkout.
The Flexible Booking Fee allows customers to request a change to their booking up to 48 hours before their booked visit date, subject to availability.
One Flexi Ticket must be purchased for each General Admission ticket included in the booking.
Your booking is valid only for the date and time printed on your ticket. As this is an exclusive and limited pre-bookable event, we can't guarantee entry for additional adults or children on the day of your visit if they are not included in your original booking.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted within any buildings or anywhere on the site. By visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which apply to the entire duration of your time here.
