Your Journey Through the North Pole

1. The Snowtrail Express

Travel through time at the fantastical "Liverpool Victoria Railway Station." Conductor Chuggins is ready to whisk you away on the Snowtrail Express, your magical ride to the North Pole. (Please note: This is a fictional area within the experience, not a working train station.)

2. Elf Workshop: Build a Teddy Bear

Enter the bustling Elf Workshop, where Patch and Coggs are racing the clock to finish the toys for Christmas Eve! Lend a hand, put your Elfish skills to the test, and you may be gifted a cuddly teddy bear as a reward from Santa's helpers!

3. Mrs. Claus' Kitchen: Gingerbread Decorating

Wander into Mrs. Claus' warm and welcoming kitchen, filled with the delicious aroma of freshly baked gingerbread. Roll up your sleeves, help Mother Christmas and her helpers, Holly and Jolly, and decorate your own sweet treat before settling down for a festive story.

4. Ice Skating Rink & Elf Village

The fun continues with a spin on our glistening Ice Rink! Lace up your skates and glide over the ice as you soak up the festive spirit. Afterwards, wander through the Elf Village to discover festive shops and a restaurant. Stop by Mr. Toasty’s to toast Marshmallows over a cozy firepit!

5. The Post Office: Send Your Letter

Have you written your letter to Father Christmas? The bustling Post Office awaits! Greeted by Postmaster, Stamp and his assistant, Satchel, you can list all of your Christmas wishes and drop your letter into Father Christmas' special mailbox.

6. Father Christmas' Cabin: The Grand Finale

Embark on a magical journey through the sparkling Winter Walkway and arrive at Father Christmas’ Cabin, where the main man himself awaits. Share your Christmas wishes as he checks his trusty Naughty and Nice List. This is the moment you've been waiting for!
