Snowtrail Express

Travel through time at the fantastical "Liverpool Victoria Railway Station"*, where the North Pole Experience begins. Conductor Chuggins is ready to whisk you away to a world of magic.*Liverpool Victoria Station is a fictional area within the North Pole Experience, not a working train station.

North Pole Town Square

Arrive at the grand North Pole Town Hall, where you’ll be greeted by the gracious Mayor Ivor and the beautiful Princess Isadora. The star lit square shimmers with enchantment, setting the scene for the adventures that lie ahead.

Elf Workshop

Enter the bustling Elf Workshop, where Patch and Coggs are racing against time to finish the toys for Christmas Eve! Lend a hand, and if you work hard enough, you may well be gifted a cuddly teddy bear as a reward from Santa’s helpers!*Mrs Claus' KitchenWander into Mrs. Claus' warm and welcoming kitchen, filled with the delicious aroma of freshly baked gingerbread. She awaits you with open arms and a sprinkle of Christmas cheer!

Ice Rink

The fun continues with a spin on our glistening ice skating rink! Lace up your skates and glide over the ice as you soak up the festive spirit.

Time to explore

Wander through the Elf village where you'll discover a delightful selection of festive shops and our restaurant. Stop by Mr. Toasty’s to toast Marshmallows over a cozy firepit, perfect for warming up in the wintry air.

The postmaster awaits...

Have you written your letter to Father Christmas? The bustling Post Office awaits! Greeted by Postmaster, Stamp and his trusty assistant, Satchel, you can list all of your Christmas wishes, then add a sprinkle of magic and drop your letter into Father Christmas' special mailbox, it’s headed straight to Father Christmas!

Father Christmas' Cabin

Embark on a magical journey from North Pole Control, through the sparkling Winter Walkway and arrive at Father Christmas’ Cabin, where the main man himself awaits your arrival. Share your Christmas wishes as he checks his trusty Naughty and Nice List.

Magical Keepsakes for Children

All child tickets include a teddy bear from the Elf Workshop, a gingerbread treat from Mrs. Claus' Kitchen, and a toy from Father Christmas. Want a keepsake photo with Father Christmas? This can be purchased separately.
